Short Biography of Noemi Paymal, Pedagooogia 3000

Noemi Paymal is a French anthropologist and creator of Pedagooogía 3000 in 2001. She is also founder and Vice President of emAne, Worldwide Link for a New Education.

Researcher and international lecturer, Noemi Paymal has so far delivered more than 1440 events on the 5 continents.

She is the author and co-author of a dozen of books on Education for the Third Millennium and many books on anthropology.

In 2011, she was named Ambassador of Peace by the Millennium Peace Foundation. Noemi Paymal has brought together teams of hundreds of people to achieve their mission: change Education for a more humane one, more enjoyable, more integral, more multicultural, more fun and oriented to a deep Culture of Peace.

Complete Biography

French national living in Bolivia, Noemi Paymal is an anthropologist, researcher, communicator and author.

She graduated in Applied Anthropology at the Salesian University in Quito, Ecuador, in 1986. She is currently Director of the International Institute of Pedagooogia 3000 and travels around the world giving lectures and seminars as well as encouraging partnerships and programs to a new Education and Peace.

Together with a multidisciplinary international team, she started:

  • Pedagooogia 3000, in 2001.
  • EmAne, global link to a new education in 2008.
  • The Global Network of Schools of the 7 Petals in 2015.
  • The Social Solidarity Platform P3000, in 2016.

From 1990 to 2001, she coordinated projects of social, multicultural and ecological development with the European Commission, French Cooperation, UNDP, GEF and UNESCO. In 2001 she began in Quito, Ecuador, a Foundation for children and a new education; and has also delved into various methodologies and multicultural transformative learning.

So far, she has given over 1440 lectures and workshops in: Germany, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Canada, Colombia, Croatia, Canada, Cuba, Bolivia, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, Ecuador, Egypt, United Arab Emirates (Dubai and Abu Dhabi), Spain, United States (including Alaska), Ghana, Guatemala, Greece, France, Finland, India, England, Italy, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Mexico, Morocco, Nepal, New Zealand, Paraguay , Peru, Portugal, Dominican Republic, Romania, Russia, Syria, Sweden, Switzerland, South Africa, Taiwan, Turkey, Venezuela and Uruguay.

In 2009 participated in the International Forum of ANH with Deepak Chopra, in the education section. For her work and a deep commitment to the Culture of Peace, received the Banner of Peace and Roerich, was honored as Ambassador of Peace by P.E.A Thousand Millennia of Peace foundations in 2010.

In 2014, she was invited by the League of Arab States to give a speech in Cairo on the theme of Education and Culture of Peace.

In 2015, started the project of the World Network of Schools of the 7 Petals, which is reflected at the time by a network of 3 functioning Schools and 16 schools to be made around the world, with a team of innovative and avant guarde architects.

In 2016, initiated the Solidarity Social Platform Pedagooogia 3000 and  Post Trauma 3000 Program, with Syrian refugee children in Turkey and Lebanon. Which then, with Nelly Chavarria Licon, President of the Partnership for Peace Educators in Mexico, launched the International Peace 3000 Campaign  "I can choose ... and I choose Peace" thanks to an international team.

She is the author and co-author of a dozen books of applied anthropology and education. Among others, has written the book Pedagooogia 3000 (Volume I and II), the book Children of Today and Tomorrow: Physiological Scientific Contributions, Psycho-emotional and Neurological in Children of Today and the Education they Need (Compiler), the book The 7 Petals School, 7 mini books and 33 educational notebooks for applied education. It is producing more than 30 videos of education and personal development as well as 20 radio and television programs. In 2013 promoted the free digital platform "educooopedia".

De nacionalidad francesa, residente de Bolivia, Noemi Paymal es investigadora, comunicadora, antropóloga y autora.

Impulsó Pedagooogia 3000 (desde 2001), emAne, enlace mundial para una nueva educación (desde 2008) y la Red Mundial de las Escuelas de los 7 Pétalos (desde 2015). Se graduó en Antropología Aplicada en la Universidad Salesiana de Quito, Ecuador, en 1986. Es actualmente Directora del Instituto Internacional de Pedagooogia 3000, en La Paz, Bolivia. Ha cooperado en más de 50 diferentes países en el campo de la antropología aplicada y de la educación integral.

De 1990 a 2001, ha coordinado proyectos de desarrollo social, multicultural y ecológico con la Comisión Europea, la Cooperación francesa, PNUD, GEF y UNESCO. En 2001 inició en Quito, Ecuador, una Fundación a favor de los niños/as y de una nueva educación; y también ha profundizado en diversas metodologías de aprendizaje transformativo y multicultural.

Ha impartido más de 1440 conferencias y talleres sobre el tema de los niños/as llamados del Tercer Milenio y la Educación que necesitan, en: Alemania, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Canadá, Colombia, Croacia, Canadá, Cuba, Bolivia, Bélgica, Brasil, Bulgaria, Chile, Ecuador, Egipto, Emiratos Árabes Unidos (Dubái y Abu Dabi), España, Estados Unidos, Ghana, Guatemala, Grecia, Francia, Finlandia, India, Inglaterra, Italia, Israel, Japón, Jordania, Kenia, Líbano, Marruecos, México, Nepal, Nueva Zelanda, Paraguay, Perú, Portugal, República Dominicana, Rumania, Rusia, Siria, Suecia, Suiza, Suráfrica, Taiwán, Turquía, Venezuela y Uruguay.

El año 2009 participó en el Foro Internacional de la ANH con Deepak Chopra, en la sección educación. Por su labor y compromiso con una profunda Cultura de Paz, recibió la Bandera de la Paz de Nicolás Roerich y fue distinguida como Embajadora de Paz por las fundaciones P.E.A y Mil Milenios de Paz en 2010. En 2014, fue invitada por la Liga de los Países Árabes a dar un discurso en El Cairo sobre el tema de la Educación y la Cultura de Paz.

En 2016, inicio la Plataforma social solidaria de Pedagooogia 3000 y el Programa Post Trauma 3000, con niños/as de Siria refugiados en Turquía y Lebanon. Luego a lo cual, junto a Nelly Chavarría Licón y equipo, lanzó la Campaña Internacional PAZ 3000 “Yo puedo elegir… y elijo La Paz”.

Es autora y co-autora de una docena de libros de antropología aplicada y de educación. Entre otros, ha escrito el libro Pedagooogia 3000 (Tomo I y II), el libro de la Escuela de los 7 Pétalos, 7 mini libros de educación y 33 cuadernos pedagógicos aplicados.
